The forecast winds did not eventuate yesterday so every one had an amazing day with plenty of choice for trails. Welcome to the school and scout groups learning new skills.
Snowy Mountains Nordic put some Christmas cheer into the Nordic Shelter last night, with a twilight ski, Santa hats and yummy food. Why? Christmas in July of course and so well planned to be on the 25th.
The run of good weather weekends has come to an end with high winds and about 1cm of new wet snow. The good news is there is more snow to come.
The groomers were out in force last night and worked on getting the base of many trails rebuilt and track set. There may be snow drift over some of the tracks. The 7.5 km did not get groomed.
The PXC cup will be the event today. Rug up and enjoy the fun.
